Metal Marking Machine MMM
The metal marking machine MMM is used for marking slabs, billets, blooms and heavy plates or similar steel mill products. This machine technology marks the products during a short product downtime. The products are mechanically descaled on the marking surface and then marked. A writing robot is used to mark a so-called whole-character marking image, whereby all figures and letters as well as special characters and company logos can be displayed. The marking is carried out using an arc torch and a suitable marking wire. This machine technology is specially designed for steel and rolling mills and enables marking on cold and ultra-hot products.
